The hotel is conveniently close, just a few minutes via a covered walkway and elevators from Terminal 4, and easily reachable from Terminals 2 & 3 with a single free underground hop (though a ticket from a special touch‑screen machine is needed before the station gate). The room is clean and comfortable, and there are several dining options to suit different budgets—overall a good value four‑star stay.

“Great hotel stuck in the worst terminal”

- The Staff, I found the staff to be authentic and helpful. This includes: reception, concierge, breakfast, and cleaning services - The rooms were bigger and more comfortable than I expected, and it was kept spotless. - The breakfast was more than sufficient to have a good start to the day. - LOCATION!!! Terminal 4 is a terrible location, unless you're arriving/departing from T4, and not going anywhere else. My flights were to and from T5, and logic would dictate that they were next to each other, but not the case. T4 is the most inconvenient location ever. I couldn't even get a Bolt or Uber to come to the hotel because it was "outside of their pickup area"

No bar fridge so limited yea coffee making facility
