“Tiempo de relax”
The spot feels pleasant, surrounded by nature, but the facilities are very old and look poorly maintained.

The place is pretty, I appreciate the room detail for the birthday date. We have stayed several times before, but this time we got one of the rooms with a sagging mattress and somewhat hard pillows, so it was hard to sleep, otherwise everything was fine.

Everything was very nice, the food was good and the pools were great.

Cleanliness, comfort, good service. In the thermal pool there is a stone that isn’t visible; I slipped on it as if it were flat and got hit.

Cleanliness and spaces for rest and relaxation. The staff get pressured when there are many people; maybe they should reinforce the team when there are many guests to maintain service quality. It would be good to have a coffee maker in the room and a mini fridge to keep cold food.
