I arrived to a modern, spotless hotel and was fortunate enough to snag a room with a stunning mountain view – absolutely breathtaking. The bed was comfy, though a touch firm for my taste, and the shower was good. Even though the hotel sits on a busy road, the room stayed surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was tasty, especially the cakes, and the on‑site restaurant served decent meals during the day. I must highlight the staff: everyone was friendly and helpful. The only downside was how hot the room got; there was no way to adjust the heating. Storage was limited too – no drawers or wardrobe, just a few shelves, leaving little room for belongings. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.

“Nice and comfortable”

Check‑in was quick and the overall service was solid. The room featured comfy twin beds. The buffet was excellent, with the omelet standing out as one of the best I've had at a buffet, plus fresh fruit and tasty desserts. The location in Abay is convenient, surrounded by many cafés and restaurants. However, the hair dryer was unreliable – it would heat up, then abruptly stop, then start again. The bidet in the toilet didn't work at all; we didn't have time to ask the staff to fix it, but I noticed the same issue in the toilets near the buffet.

Everything was wonderful, except that sometimes the shower water would turn cold.
