How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I liked the bed’s comfort. When I arrived, I called reception immediately because the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. I was told someone would be sent right away. An hour later, no one had arrived, and I was told they would send someone at once. I called again at 9 pm, but still no one came. We left at 10 am the next day and the bathroom was still uncleaned, with a brown bath, hair in the sink and on the floor around the sink and toilet.

The place was just like any other; it felt more like a Travelodge Room than the other Hiltons I’ve stayed at. No other problems. The only thing missing was a lift, which wasn’t mentioned. A young man at check‑in kindly helped us carry our hand luggage upstairs, a detail that might matter to older guests or those who can’t lift their bags.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was quiet and clean. The bathrooms were dated, and all the TVs were old; none were smart TVs.

The location was great, and the lounge/bar area was nice. The mattress was comfortable and the staff were pleasant. The room had a musty/damp smell. Breakfast was adequate but could use higher quality food, especially mushrooms. The wardrobe had no hangers, rendering it useless, and the changing rooms could use a swimsuit dryer.
