This place blew me away in every way, from the gear to the service to the solid value. The only downside was that it’s not in the city center, but that didn’t matter with all the perks. I’ll stay here whenever I’m in Hung Yen. The Wi‑Fi could use improvement.

Everything about my stay was great. The breakfast was plentiful and offered a huge variety. The room was very spacious and always clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. On top of the lovely rooms, the hotel also provides a range of extras—gym, pool, spa—that are all included in the price.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were truly beautiful, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by a series of unfortunate incidents. I had some of my money taken by housekeeping, who mistakenly thought it was a tip, and when I tried to pay for my mini-bar bill with the same money, I was told they didn't accept Australian currency. This was confusing, especially since they had just taken my money as a tip.

However, I was a bit disappointed to find that there were no USB charging ports in the rooms, which made it difficult to keep my phone charged.
