The location and the staff were fine, but the interior king room was stuffy with no ventilation or air circulation.
“We only stayed a few hours at night between flights and it was perfect.”
Check‑in was easy, the place is clean, and it’s convenient to the airport. Nothing else to add.
“Pretty good if you are looking somewhere to sleep and shower downtown.”
The hotel sits right in downtown Anchorage, so getting anywhere was a breeze—walking downtown or driving around the city was easy. The bed felt pretty comfy. The shower was just okay; a better one would have made the stay nicer.
“While it's not luxurious, it's a nice, relatively affordable place to stay.”
It’s a nice, reasonably priced spot, and using the door codes to access rooms was convenient. Having parking available is a plus. The restroom door was difficult to open, the ceiling fan had a lot of dust and we didn’t have a controller to turn it on, and the heat couldn’t be adjusted—so we opened the window, which was okay.
The spot is right in the heart of town, but the room was extremely tiny.
