How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff made our stay special. The young team welcomed us with kindness and professionalism, and we truly appreciate their care and willingness to help. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Delta Hotels Istanbul West. We are happy with our choice and would recommend the hotel to other travellers. Nothing to mention so far. We are enjoying our stay

Food was good, with great gym and pool. We chose the room due to the kitchen facilities but sadly the fridge was not switched on and even though we had a microwave there was no crockery or cutlery. So we could have saved our money and had a standard room, disappointing

Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was convenient. The hotel was very clean, and the service was outstanding. Nothing. I enjoyed every part of my stay
