The spot was perfect, just 3 minutes from Padangbai port, and the 24‑hour reception plus airport transfer service were super handy. The rooms, however, weren’t well insulated from noise and light.

The place was sweet, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, and we stayed one night before heading to the Gili islands. It’s very central to the harbor.

The location is great right across from the quay, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the value for a single night is solid. The room itself is basic, and breakfast offers limited choices on a buffet.

It was really close to the spot where you catch the boat to the Gili islands 👌🏖️🛳️. The noise and the neighbor’s smoking were a real issue, with smoke leaking into our room 😬🚬.

Overall everything was nice and well‑done, especially compared with the rest of the village. Generally, the staff didn’t show much warmth toward tourists 😬, they were polite but the lack of a pool towel card and awkward gestures made everyone feel uncomfortable.
