The most comfortable bed ever! The room was great and the bathroom fantastic. Check‑in was super easy, and it was friendly that breakfast was placed outside the door. The croissants were a bit soggy and bland, but that’s a minor detail in the overall package.

The room was roomy and comfy, and I loved the upcycled furniture. Besides the bed, there’s a sofa, table, and chairs, yet there’s still plenty of space. The bathroom was large with a very good shower. We woke to rain outside but felt warm and cozy under the thatched roof. The continental breakfast was generous. I wish we could have stayed longer. It’s a shame there’s nowhere to eat within walking distance, but the Frampton pub a short drive away serves excellent food.

Breakfast was excellent—too much for us to finish! The hosts were great, offering peace and quiet and a natural wake‑up call from Mr Cockerel. The location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit, and there were plenty of eateries nearby. We’d have liked sharper bedside or sofa lighting, and a spot outside (the weather was good) to dry towels. A plug near a mirror for the hairdryer would have been handy.

The location and room layout were fine. Privacy and breakfast were lacking—the service was impersonal, it was delivered outside the door without asking about preferences, so the quality suffered. Coffee and tea had to be made yourself, which is fine, but instructions would help.
