I booked this place after seeing some pretty photos and a deal on Booking, but the reality was a total letdown. The motel‑style hotel feels ancient, the bathroom is moldy, and there’s not even a water bottle in the room. The toilet even flooded most of the night—great for a restful sleep, right? Parking inside the hotel is scarce, so you’re forced to pay for the underground lot. On top of that, there’s a hidden dog fee that wasn’t listed on Booking, wiping out the advertised promotion and making the price feel deceptive. In the morning, I had to pay an extra €3 for a simple tea sachet, which made it feel like the staff cared more about billing than service. When I showed the bathroom photos to the front desk, the young woman said the hotel was due for renovation, which might explain the condition but not the cost or lack of transparency. Bottom line: old, poorly maintained rooms, a disrupted night, disappointing service, and unexpected fees—an awful value for money.
