“Petit studio confortable”
The place is right where you want to be – steps from everything and easy to get around. Nothing else really stood out, but the location alone makes it worth considering.

The lady at the front desk was super friendly and the price for a downtown spot was hard to beat, so we felt we had everything we needed for a nice stay. The only real downsides were the heat under the roof and the fact that the stairs have no safety rail, which felt a bit risky.

We liked how cozy and fully equipped the apartment was, and the location was spot‑on for getting around. The only thing that bugged us was the building’s stairs – they were a real hassle.

There’s plenty of public parking and shops just around the corner, which is convenient. Unfortunately the air‑conditioning was dead, the night traffic was noisy, we couldn’t get help in German or English, cigarette smell drifted in through the windows, the towels and sheets smelled of smoke, the bathroom window leaked, the toilet seat was loose, and the kitchen appliances looked worn out.

The flat looks freshly renovated – you can see the updates and it feels pretty nice. We didn’t notice any cigarette odor, which was a relief, but if you’re tall (around two metres) you’ll find the ceiling low and the space really cramped.
