Hot water was available at all times, the bed was comfortable, and the shared spaces were well decorated. The TV wasn’t a Smart TV, there were few pillows and they weren’t very high quality, the price shown on Booking was unclear and the exchange rate applied was very high, and there was only one towel per person.

The lady who runs the hotel was very kind and accommodating; I booked the Laguna 69 tour through the hotel and everything went smoothly. The room was clean, the shower was large, the hot water was fine, the bed was comfortable, and there was a great pizzeria right next door – I recommend it! A bit of outside noise (horns, music…) can be heard, but that’s normal in Peru, so bring earplugs if you want a quiet night.

The female manager was incredibly kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. Water and hot water are always at the entrance, so if you bring a water bottle you don’t need to buy anything. There’s a space on the roof where you can hand‑wash and hang your laundry. On the second day, the hot shower didn’t work and the noise from the pipes was noticeable.

Senora was very friendly. It gets noisy when guests arrive at 6 am and use the bell or leave early in the morning.

המלון ממוקם במקום נעים ומרכזי , הצוות מקסים החדרים גדולים עם מקלחת טובה מים חמים וכל השירותים הנדרשים מאד נהננו. כמו כן, אחת מהמטילות נפצעה ובעלת המקום באה לבקר אותה ודאגה לסייע לה , זה לא מובן מאליו
