The location was fine, but the bed and pillows in our cabin were incredibly uncomfortable, and there was mould everywhere in our shower.

We enjoy the location of Nelligen, staff friendly and facilities reasonable. close to town if you need anything, a great spot for relaxation and not overcrowded. It is very disappointing that the park is now totally cashless, so with only wanting one or two items from the shop at reception and having to use a card payment then to have surcharges is very disappointing, you should be able to pay with cash. This is also not good for older people who like to use cash, or for children who would want to buy from the shop with pocket money

The hotel is family friendly, but we had to pay extra for kids’ activities, a canoe, and bikes.
The heater barely produced any heat, so it was very cold in there!
