“We were very disappointed.”

The location was fine, but the hotel didn’t match the ads: no breakfast, a loud air‑conditioner just 18 inches from the bed, and a pervasive cannabis smell. Water damage appeared around the shower, the tub drained poorly, and the shower curtain rail looked like it might collapse. The wall tile rack fell apart when we tried to hang a towel. We left after one night because we couldn’t stay there. The room had no hangers and no place to store a suitcase except the table.

“The dumpster what they call a motel”

There was nothing to like about this place. The location was terrible, far from anything, and the staff were very unfriendly. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the room phone was broken, and the kitchen had nothing. We booked a room with breakfast but only received two muffins and a dry coffee dispenser; when we asked, the staff replied rudely, “this is what we have for breakfast.”

“I didn’t feel”

Breakfast was just muffins, granola bars, and coffee—no chairs in the lobby. The bathroom linoleum was peeling, the kitchen paint was chipped, and the security latch on the door was broken. The room smelled like pot, the hallways smelled like cigarettes and triggered my asthma. I will never stay there again. It was a terrible experience and I can’t believe how much I paid for it. The breakfast staff could have been friendlier and better informed about local restaurants, and the room could have been cleaner—my bed sheet was torn.
