How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I was not allowed to show up late, the phone number didn’t ring for any communication, I went to the property only to be told by someone who spoke through the doorbell that there’s no one to let me in, my money wasted; I was at the location but was told the location attendant was not available so I should find another property.

The place is a scam, no doubt about it.

For a last‑minute emergency stay it did the job, but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

This listing should be removed because they swindled people out of their money and won’t help me get my funds back; absolutely scumbag.

I’m warning travelers to steer clear of this hotel because of its unprofessional and dishonest conduct. I booked on 29 September 2025, the reservation was confirmed and paid. Soon after, a man named Jamal called, claiming to be a representative of New Bed Stay Hotel, telling me the hotel was “full” and couldn’t honor my confirmed booking. When I insisted it was active, he gave his personal number and promised to help me get a refund. After that, he vanished, ignoring every call and message. I spent a lot of time and money on overseas calls to resolve the issue with support. Despite their initial promises, they finally closed my case, saying they were “unable to proceed further” and told me to contact the hotel directly—the same party that had ignored me. In short: the hotel confirmed a booking they couldn’t fulfill; Jamal misled me with a false promise to secure a refund; the hotel then deliberately became unresponsive; I lost £54.13 and have no reservation. This isn’t just an overbooking issue; it’s a deliberate bait‑and‑switch scam. I’m pursuing legal action to recover my money. Learn from my experience and book elsewhere to avoid this hassle and potential loss. My booking reference: 6730306499, PIN: 1702, Ammar Khalifa.
