The hotel sits close to the beach and Hurghada centre, but the surrounding construction sites can be dusty; on the ground floor there were construction materials scattered around.

The room was clean and well‑located outside the main hotel area, in a local building managed by Chinese hosts; the AC behind the window was a bit loud, yet it cooled effectively. Check‑in and check‑out were very flexible, which was a big plus. The bathroom needed better cleaning, and there was no simple sheet to cover, only a scratchy blanket, which felt odd for a hot climate.

The room, air‑conditioning, fast Wi‑Fi, kitchen, and two shared bathrooms were all good; the price was great value, comparable to a hostel but quieter, and the doors locked, making the place safe.
