The bed was comfortable and the location is nice. I waited over 30 minutes at the gate without any reply, called the number on the website but it was unreachable, and the TV was broken.

The pool area was fine. Customer service was disappointing and unpleasant. I kept the host updated on our arrival plans from early on the day of check‑in and sent updates when we were delayed for departure. Still, I was told a penalty fee would be charged for our late arrival because staff had to wait for us. That felt unreasonable and set a hostile tone before we even checked in. If the booking had been non‑refundable, I would have chosen another place. The manager was rude, dismissive, and unpleasant. Maintenance is needed: the roof shows mould and leak stains, the walls near the bedside units are dirty, and the pillows need replacement.
