The location was handy, yet the air conditioner emitted a strong odor, and the room felt cold when I arrived, so I turned on the heat and the unit started filling the space with smoke, triggering the fire alarm. I told the staff, who responded quickly but seemed unconcerned, explaining that the smoke was due to the heater having been off for a while and to inform them if it happened again. I turned the unit off to avoid a fire, but the room remained uncomfortably chilly. Cleaning was subpar: the fridge interior was dirty and rusted, and there were temporary stains on tables and the bedside table that suggested the previous guests hadn’t been fully cleaned.

“Needs work, but good for price”

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was close to many restaurants. However, several areas in the room seemed uncleaned from prior stays, the bathroom fan was non‑functional so shower condensation fogged the TV and microwave, and the room’s lighting was problematic: three lamps were present, one was not plugged in or near a power outlet, and the second lamp only worked on one side.

“Will never stay at this hotel again. Rude staff no maid service”

The room’s size and layout were nice, with a decent number of channels to watch. Yet, the front desk couldn’t locate my reservation at first and questioned whether I actually had one, even though I had booked online. They then waited outside while I unloaded my car. They never mentioned breakfast options, hours, or the availability of Wi‑Fi. A spider was in the bathroom, the mattress liner had a hole, and maid service was never provided. When I asked for towels, I was directed to a laundry room instead of having them brought to me. Additionally, the air conditioner caused the smoke detector to trigger; no one called or checked on us, and the unit kept blinking throughout our stay.
