The location is fine, but the AC broke and never got fixed despite multiple requests, and the area was under heavy construction with no accompanying noise; the surroundings were not aesthetically pleasing. It works if you just need a place to sleep.

The location is central and easy to reach, but the bed in room 302 needs replacement and the glass door isn’t secure, making you feel uneasy; everything else was excellent.

The room, the friendly staff, and the good location were appreciated, but the bathroom was not very clean and the shower was rusted.

The staff were helpful, but the photos did not match reality. If you have a heavy suitcase, be prepared to climb stairs. The room had a strong bad smell, the water was brackish, and the bed was just a makeshift solution.

We really enjoyed our stay; the location is great. When we arrived, construction around the area made us a bit uneasy, and the path to the hotel is about a block of dirt, but it is safe. The people are tremendously kind and attentive. The room needs improvement in its electrical system – outlets don’t work, lighting is very poor, and there are aesthetic details that could be better, but given the price it’s more than perfect.
