The hotel was perfect for a short visit, but the check‑in queue was surprisingly long, and one elevator was out of service, adding to the wait. The rooms were functional and clean, though a bit dated. For a four‑star property, I expected a touch more.

The staff were very welcoming and did their best to ensure we had a great stay. Breakfast was lovely, the room was clean and nice. I’d recommend this place to everyone!

The location is excellent, with charming bars and restaurants within walking distance and a club for night‑life. The tram connection is direct. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we even managed to check in before 3 pm. We walked 20 minutes along the Rhine to the old town, which was a wonderful route on a sunny day. The breakfast, however, is quite pricey (20–26 €), so we skipped it because two great bakeries are just a 5‑minute walk away.
