The location, breakfast, and personal service were excellent, yet the rooms were small, which I understand is the hotel’s concept.

The reception staff were friendly, but the cleanliness and facilities were poor: the floor tiles were missing where the shower water drained, the drain contained hair that hadn’t been removed, the tiles were stained brown, and the carpet was a worn tablecloth. My bed linens were never changed, and I found cookie crumbs under the bed cover.
