The Standard Queen Room sleeps two on a double bed and includes free toiletries and bathrobes. The private bathroom features a walk‑in shower, a bidet and a hairdryer. Inside, the air‑conditioned space offers a flat‑screen TV with cable, a mini‑bar, a tea and coffee maker and a wardrobe.

The room was spacious and decorated with solid, dark wood furniture; the bed was large and soft, and the space included a sofa, mini‑fridge, desk, chair, and TV. Free water and snacks were provided, and the bathroom featured a tub and a shower stall with a mix of old and new plumbing—every tap worked and none leaked, suggesting proper maintenance. Its location is very convenient, right in the old‑town area near Wat Chedi Luang and the Chiang Mai Night Market. The staff appeared whenever we were downstairs, never intruding, and were easy to approach for help, ordering food or drinks from the bar, or arranging breakfast for the next day. They also helped lift my bag upstairs (the building has no lift and all rooms are up) and stored extra luggage when we stayed overnight at the Pon Elephant Sanctuary. A small garden was available for sitting, though mosquito repellent is needed. When we were there it rained heavily or it was very hot, so the garden was not very suitable; we spent most of our time in the covered public dining area. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient spot for travelers. Thanks, Elliebum! If you have difficulty climbing stairs, this place isn’t for you; perhaps a few more sofas or a guest‑only sitting area inside the building would help.
