This is my second stay here, and the location amid greenery is fantastic; the staff are very welcoming and attentive, especially Edgar, and I would recommend this hotel. However, in some restaurants the smell of smoke can be bothersome.

Everything exceeded my expectations; the staff were excellent and always ready to help me have the best experience. From check‑in, Juan at reception welcomed me and briefed me on all the facilities, schedules and locations; Alfred, the lobby concierge, and Adán, the concierge for the part of the complex where I stayed, were both attentive to any request and consistently supported my reservations for specialty restaurants and other activities. The facilities were first‑rate, and I loved everything.

Friendly service and made to fell very welcome. The service in the restaurants was very good as was the housekeeping. I was lucky to celebrate my birthday and the went out of their way to celebrate this. Love the wildlife around the hotel, even the racoons. The rooms have very thin walls, we had a number of nights disrupted by noisy neighbours. Also the Air Con in our room was faulty, we complained 4 times during our stay and it appears nothing cold be done to fix it - very disappointing. The pools are very shallow and therefore not very refreshing on the hottest days

Our room was spacious and the à‑la‑carte dinner options were included, and the place never felt crowded. Juan at reception treated us exceptionally well, and the whole staff were friendly. The dinner was served too early for anyone planning excursions, and they kept trying to sell us a membership—supposedly a 90‑minute deal that ended up costing us four hours of a morning, despite us refusing several times. The corridors were dirty and there were hardly any carts to move luggage around.
