Buena atención, cercano a la plaza de armas. La habitación de la imagen tiene foto, la nuestra no tenía. No nos dieron toallas, cuando pedimos dijeron que iban a dejarlas en la habitación pero no lo hicieron. Intentamos contactarnos con alguien y nadie apareció hasta después de las 9.00 am retrasando nuestra salida

The location was fine. The hostel is on the second floor, but on the first floor there is a night‑time pub‑bar, which makes it very noisy and impossible to sleep. Guests should be warned about this beforehand.

Overall, the location was the best, close to the plaza and all monuments were reachable on foot. The private bathroom was a bit small but had everything. The staff were friendly and helped with all our questions. The bathroom was very small, and there were only a few tables for breakfast, so they gave us a tray and brought breakfast to the room, which made us feel at home.

The service, cleanliness, and facilities were good. The isolation was poor, and we could hear other guests talking.
