Everything was perfect.
“Nice facilities, but staff could improve”
The pool and spa were great, and we could get straight to the parking from our room, which was super convenient. Unfortunately, the staff left a lot to be desired – two out of the five people we dealt with seemed like they’d be better off in a different line of work. One employee was okay, and the two we met in the restaurant were actually quite friendly.
“Very pleasant stay”
Everything went smoothly – the stay was pleasant and the staff were consistently polite and helpful. I can’t think of any complaints.
“Confortable, propre, agréable”
The pool area.
“Clean and spacious”
The hotel was spotless and the room was huge, with everything we needed right at hand. No downsides to mention.
