“So disappointed”

I loved the property overall, but the room was awful—slanted floor, terrible bed, old bath facilities—so we couldn't sleep. My last stay in a newly renovated room was an incredible experience. The smell, slanted floor and bed, loud construction in the wing, and paint fumes were all negative.
