I never even got to stay because my reservation was canceled for “over booking.” They called it a fault of Comfort Suites and blamed Comfort Suites for the mistake; overall a terrible experience, so I won’t stay at another Comfort Suites again.

The room was a nice size for a great price and the breakfast had a good variety, but the room and furniture weren’t clean.

The hotel was dirty, the lobby smelled oddly, and the elevator buttons were grimy. The room was the worst: hairs in the bathtub, grime around the bathtub and toilet, a front‑desk lady who wasn’t friendly. I was moved to another room, which had a slightly cleaner bathroom, but the sink didn’t drain. The AC ran all night, shifting from freezing to warm and muggy. I won’t return.

The rooms were very clean and the beds super comfortable; breakfast was amazing with waffles, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt, and several drink options. I wish they had a pool open all year or at least through September.
