“FRUSTRATING!”
The room upgrade was a nice gesture, but the customer service fell short of what you’d expect in Makati. From the moment we stepped in, we had issues: we asked for a TV remote right away and followed up three times, yet it never arrived—even after checkout. The real frustration was the silence; no one told us if it was broken, unavailable, or just forgotten, leaving us to wonder if anyone was even looking into it. Then, after a shower, we found no towels in the room. We requested them and waited 15–20 minutes, so I was soaking wet and cold in the bathroom. This basic requirement should have been verified before the room was handed over. We were told no one was available to deliver what we asked for. While I understand staff can be busy, guests shouldn’t have to accept poor service because the hotel is understaffed—that’s a management issue, not a guest one. Having stayed at other Eurotel locations, I’ve never seen this level of service. An upgraded room means little if basic needs are ignored and simple requests are not fulfilled. Management should address staffing and service problems here; guests shouldn’t have to chase basic necessities or doubt whether anyone is listening. All the best!
