My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and helpful assistance, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed to feel right at home.

I was quite disappointed with my stay as the room was in a terrible state - it was very dirty, dusty, and had a lot of rust. To make matters worse, many things were broken, and I even had to clean the floor myself before I could settle in. On the bright side, I didn't notice anything particularly great about my stay. Overall, it was a pretty underwhelming experience.

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While the location and staff were pleasant, there were some significant issues that detracted from my overall experience. The floors in my room felt gritty and unpleasant underfoot, much like walking on sand. Unfortunately, the bedding didn't fare much better, as I woke up with an itchy sensation that lingered throughout the day.

I was thrilled to discover that this hotel is within walking distance to Robinson Mall, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. However, I did notice that the hotel's cleanliness could be improved upon. Overall, the hotel's location is a major plus, but there's room for improvement in other areas.
