The service and friendliness of Dona Neuzita, the warm welcome, and the courtesy of a tasty breakfast before the usual time because we had an early appointment were great. She also stored our luggage, which we retrieved after five days. The location is excellent; we can walk to the town center.

Everything was very clean, fragrant, and the atmosphere pleasant. Don Neuzita is wonderful, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast was very complete, tasty, and well prepared.

Everything was spot on – the room was clean, the spot was perfect, breakfast hit the mark and the staff made me feel welcome. I left feeling great and would recommend this place without hesitation. ❤️

The breakfast was solid and the room came with a fridge, air‑conditioning and a little laundry area, which was handy. On the flip side, basic things like a shampoo holder, toilet paper and a mirror were missing, and the whole building looks tired and could use a makeover. We spent a week there and never saw anyone clean the room or change the towels, plus the stairs make it impossible for anyone with mobility issues, and the staff weren’t very helpful.
