“Mit Abstrichen war es trotzdem eine gute Zeit.”
Gute Lage, kurzer Weg zum Strand, Personal war freundlich. Zimmer war im vernünftigen Zustand und sauber. Das Früh- stücksangebot hatte eine ordentliche/ mittlere Qualität. Betreiberehepaar unfreundlich, spröde, keine vernünftige Kommunikation möglich. Ansprechende Begrüßung bzw. Verabschiedung, netter Umgang - Fehlanzeige. Waren ständig schlecht gelaunt, auch dem Personal gegenüber. Essen zum Abend nur auf Termin machbar - ab 17.30 oder 19.00 Uhr, falls noch freie Plätze bei Anfrage . Abstellen der Räder zwar möglich, aber ohne Überdachung. Räder stehen tagsüber nach 2 Seiten offen im hinteren Gelände. Allerdings wird Nachts abgeschlossen. Unser Zimmer zur Straße, Undine, aufgrund von Belieferung am Morgen und Gaststättenbetrieb am Abend ziemlich laut. Kein Fahrstuhl

The view from the room over the Baltic Sea was beautiful. The staff were very friendly, and they took care of my gluten‑free buns at breakfast.

The beach proximity is convenient. There was no relaxation value because unannounced music from a band played until 23:00 that night and until 23:30 the next day, like a “party.” When asked about the end, the manager snapped that we could just keep going to the beach. The room on the second floor was overpriced, in need of renovation, and had a shabby carpet.

The hotel sits right behind the dyke. The service is very good and friendly, and the view of the Baltic Sea is lovely. The room and bathroom were very tight, and the price‑value is adjusted to the good location.
The staff are always friendly, attentive, and accommodating.
