The hotel sits right in the city center, and the hosts were friendly while the breakfast was tasty. Parking is available, though the wash basin in the room made noise even when idle, possibly due to drainage issues. The bar was closed, the décor felt very dated, the in‑room coffee machine was broken, and there was no Wi‑Fi code in the room.

The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it stayed quiet. However, the sink gurgled at night when a neighboring room flushed, and there was no marmalade offered at breakfast.

The proximity to LLandudno’s historic centre is a clear advantage, and it’s also easy to reach by car. Parking inside the hotel is free, but you must book it in advance. Reception staff are very kind and helpful, providing all the information needed for a comfortable stay. The room is suitable for a short visit and has everything required for a brief stay. Nearby, there are restaurants and pubs. The area is quiet, and despite being on a road, you don’t hear much noise. The lack of an elevator means guests must climb a ramp to reach the rooms, which can be inconvenient with heavy luggage. The biggest issue is the absence of blinds or shutters; there’s only a curtain that lets in light in the morning, illuminating the room. The bathroom is a bit small and, as often happens, a bit cramped even though it’s fully equipped.

The room was lovely, the bar and breakfast were great, and the owners are a wonderful couple.
