My stay at Hotel Tivoli Beira was truly exceptional, thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even preparing a takeaway breakfast for me when I had to leave early. The welcoming atmosphere made my work trip a breeze, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Beira.

While the hotel's location and breakfast selection were definite highlights, I was a bit disappointed with the limited and pricey menu options at the restaurant, as well as the smaller-than-advertised rooms.

I was really pleased with the hotel's location and the friendly, helpful staff - they made a great impression. The breakfast spread was also comprehensive and satisfying. However, I was a bit let down by the small, cramped rooms, which had air conditioning that didn't quite work properly. To top it off, the check-in and check-out process was painfully slow.
