“Hotel staff should do more to upsell their services to guest”
The hotel looked beautiful, the rooms were spacious with spotless bathrooms, and the pool was really nice. The location was good too. However, the staff could have been more proactive and attentive; they didn’t try to upsell us any spa services or dinner or breakfast options. The bar service was also slow.
The hotel was close to Katharagama, but the food and drinks were overpriced for the quality.
The customer service was kind, the rooms were clear and well kept, and the Sri Lankan breakfast was excellent.
