The room and bathroom were very clean, the garden had plenty of space to relax. Breakfast was very tasty and varied: among other things bread and pastries baked by the owner, homemade jams and mozzarella. The location is in a quiet area, but close to the sea. The owners are very kind and courteous.

Very friendly host. Nothing was missing. The pool and rooms were clean. Breakfast was varied and tasty, especially the sweet items. Very quiet location. The room and bathroom could be a bit larger. The terrace was comfortable.

Very warm service. Breakfast with plenty of homemade cakes and jams, excellent. Wishes were fulfilled whenever possible. Rooms were lovingly decorated, pool available. The distance to Manduria is very short and to the Ionian Sea a little half hour. All in all an excellent choice!

The place is truly special—a historic regional villa built from sandstone with a great atmosphere and a beautiful garden. But the building itself is just a backdrop; what matters most is the vibe and the host, Mrs. Magdalena. She’s a wonderful, warm person who took care of our comfort every day, preparing delicious breakfasts and baking tasty regional cakes from local ingredients. We could choose whatever we liked for breakfast, and it was never a problem. We felt fantastic. She gave us great tips on what to see and we could always count on a tasty espresso or cappuccino. This is one of the best stays of our lives thanks to her. The hotel has a clean, deep pool where you can spend a pleasant time. The location does require a car, but it’s a fantastic base for the region’s best beaches or nearby towns like Manduria, Maruggio, Porto Cesareo, Gallipoli, Taranto, or our favorite Lecce. If you want a peaceful spot without crowds and VIP-level host care, you can’t pick a better place. Highly recommend.

Maddalena is a genuine hostess. Her breakfasts and focaccia are unforgettable. Everything is fresh and local. The pool is super and very clean. The family room is spacious. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable.
