This hotel's location was a real winner - right in the heart of the action, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However, I have to deduct points for the accessibility issues - the building's layout means you're in for a workout climbing up and down stairs, which might be a challenge for people with mobility issues. On a more minor note, the breakfast spread was pretty basic, but it got the job done.

We spent three wonderful days there and loved everything from the warm welcome—despite our late arrival—to the hearty meal they offered us. In the morning we were treated to a stunning view from our cottage and a delicious breakfast. A quiet, intimate retreat was exactly what we needed, and the staff were genuinely caring and attentive. The cottage was cozy and spotless, the café served safe, tasty food, and the scenery was a perfect 100 %. The beach required a walk, which we took as a pleasant stroll that didn’t mar the experience. If you’re after privacy, silence, beautiful views and a beach, this is the place. It’s our third visit to India and we know this spot is truly great.

A wonderful place to stay with the most friendly staff and such a cute setup. We all really enjoyed staying here, you get lovely food at the restaurant upstairs too and the beach is walking distance. If you go to the South of Goa, make sure you stay here!!

Sehr netter Eigentümer und tolles Personal. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr herzlich und haben sich täglich nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Über den Hütten ist das Restaurant, von dem man abends den Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann. Unsere Hütte war so im Felsen verbaut, dass wir den atemberaubenden Ausblick vom Bad, Bett und den Sitzgelegenheiten genießen konnten, ohne andere Menschen zu sehen oder zu hören. Das Restaurant war abends gut besucht und es gab auch (mindestens) zwei weitere Restaurants, die man fußläufig schnell erreicht hat. Wenn man mich nach Verbesserungsvorschlägen für die Anlage fragen würde: Der Zugang zur Anlage könnte optisch einladender gestaltet werden. Das erste, was wir dort gesehen haben, waren Müll und gelagerte Gegenstände/(leere) Flaschen. Wir waren froh, dass sich der erste Eindruck im weiteren Verlauf nicht bestätigt hat. Und anstelle der 2-4 Plastikflaschen für Shampoo und Duschgel sowie die Miniseife in ihrer Verpackung (übliche Ausstattung für Hotels) wären wiederauffüllbare festinstallierte Seifenspender passender für die sonst so natürliche Anlage mit ihren Holzhäuschen
