I booked a suite that lacked an internal door to the garage entrance or kitchen, so the room stayed cold. The bedding was dirty with makeup stains, and it seemed no one had changed it before we checked in. The shower was filthy, and the bathroom didn’t even have a mirror.

Staff is friendly. Breakfast for 2 but they serve for one first morning. No apologies received for that

Breakfast bad we got to the hall half of the food was already finished and wasn’t filled up as it was finished. Other bread not properly toasted. Beverages need improvement both hot and cold!. Phone to be answered all the time by reception. Breakfast to have variety Rooms to have water jugs and glasses and fridges More towels instead of 1 small and 1 big Sufficient hangers in the wardrobe and wardrobe to have shelves Showers to have doors and where we can put soap

The property is beautiful and nicely located. Please pay more attention on the sheets and towels, there was makeup on our sheets and towel- please change the sheets and towels

Service was great. Rooms were nice. Convenient location. I left shoes there, they found them and kept them safe until collection. Dennilton is hot so I can understand why there's no electric blankets but they should maybe consider it as an option, that night was particularly cold
