The setting was peaceful with a nice garden, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were pleasant, but the shower was scaldingly hot and couldn’t be cooled down.

The accommodation was comfortable and pleasant, and the staff were helpful; the back garden was lovely. However, the breakfast could be better: there was a good range of cooked items, but no fruit, yoghurt, or croissants, and the coffee quality could improve.

The location and facilities were good, but the rooms can be noisy from neighboring rooms, and people keep slamming the front door late in the evening; the pub door to the garden also gets slammed when you’re in that room, though otherwise everything was fine.
