The décor and on‑site staff were nice, but the sauna was in a waiting room, there were no cold‑water loungers, and people kept coming to collect their luggage. I asked many questions about heating the pools, saunas, jacuzzi in the room, and any spa areas, but received no answers—perhaps to keep me from being disappointed when I arrive.

The staff were phenomenal, and the breakfast could have been even better if there were more “normal” fruits available, but every night it was noisy until 12 am, so we couldn’t sleep.

“An Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Atlantica Sancta Napa Resort! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

I had a perfect stay at Atlantica Sancta Napa Resort from 2 to 9 October. Everything exceeded my expectations! The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The location is excellent and could hardly be better, making it easy to enjoy everything Ayia Napa has to offer. Overall, a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!. I cannot think of a single negative thing about my stay

“לא מומלץ בכלל”

The only thing good was the location. The rooms were very small, the beds were uncomfortable, and we received a sheet instead of a blanket; when we asked for a blanket, they gave us a blanket and sheets and left us to handle everything. I slept all night scratching as if there were bedbugs, the bathtub wasn’t sealed with glass, all the water leaked onto the floor with no drainage, and we had to throw towels on the floor constantly.
