Located in a renovated Normandy farmhouse, Domaine de la Pommeraye & Spa offers private spa and massage programmes, a heated indoor pool, and free fibre internet since March 2022. Guest rooms feature original stone walls, exposed beams, and four-poster beds in some en-suite rooms. A French breakfast is served daily, and evening meals can be arranged upon request.

I found the place to be peaceful and comfortable.

The hosts were welcoming and the breakfast featured good products; the place was very quiet and we slept well on a comfortable bed. The room, however, felt very rustic with furniture that needs updating, and the price of 250 euros per night seemed too high for what was offered.

The owners were courteous, the place was beautiful and clean, tucked into the green heart of the Swiss Normandy, the breakfast was very varied with fresh fruit and amazing jams, and guests had access to a sauna and pool. There is no in‑house restaurant, but you can still order food to your room and dine in the garden.

The foam mattress was not at all comfortable and did not live up to the price paid. Otherwise the setting was calm and relaxing.
