The room was spacious with a Jacuzzi‑style tub and room‑service options, and I was switched from a smoking to a non‑smoking room at reception. The only downside was discovering it’s a “love hotel” style place only after arrival, which should be clearer when booking.

The parking lot is huge, so even a car two metres wide fits without trouble. Staying on weekdays through the booking site saved me a good amount, and once you become a member you get perks at every hotel in the chain. Traveling with kids, I was impressed by how well the rooms were sound‑proofed. The bathroom was spacious, stocked with all the toiletries, and the climate control worked perfectly, making it feel unbeatable.

This place is indeed a love hotel, yet it’s surprisingly elegant and spotless. We stayed for two days as tourists and could leave or return whenever we wanted without hassle. The room is very roomy and stocked with plenty of toiletries, a personal jacuzzi, and a massage chair. Room‑service food can be ordered, and you can pay for extra items that might be useful. It’s located outside Matsuyama’s center but convenient to reach everything by car. The bed was a bit hard.

A very large room, free parking, and good value. The room smells of cigarettes, the location isn’t ideal, and it’s clearly a love hotel, not suitable for travelers.
