The location was good, yet the TV had no channels, the AC remote’s batteries were expired, the breakfast included stale salt bread, the surrounding bushes were overgrown, the room lock was sticky, a dog at the hotel entrance made me feel awkward when coming in and out, and the worst part was that after checking in the staff asked me to confirm payment that had already been made through the booking app, but the company hadn’t processed it with the bank even though the reservation was confirmed; I had to call the bank to verify and avoid double payment, which was very frustrating after an already tiring trip.
