How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location right in the heart of the old town is perfect. The “bathroom” is actually shared by all the apartments (3 or 4), and it’s tiny and quite unhygienic. The room itself is small, but the beds are good enough for just sleeping.

The place is well‑situated with cafés, restaurants, and shops everywhere nearby. The room we got was nothing like the one shown in the pictures; it differed greatly. The hallway bathroom is communal and in need of a full renovation—there’s mold on the ceiling and walls, water dripping from the ceiling, and it’s drafty. No hot water at all, which is below standard. The upstairs air‑conditioning unit is as loud as a lawn mower. The room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time; there was dirt under the bed that seemed to have been there since last year. I have photos from my stay. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who values cleanliness and basic comfort. I think this floor should be immediately shut down and renovated.

The location is great. The equipment is basic, especially the bathroom where the ceiling is damaged by moisture from a leak upstairs.

The spot was in a perfect location. The bathroom was dirty, moldy, probably had a leak in the ceiling, and smelled bad.

The only thing that mattered was the location. The bathroom, shared by all three rooms, wasn’t kept clean; we had to ask for more toilet paper after 24 hours of none, and the hand soap ran out. The staff only handled check‑in and tourist info. There was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout.
