The new location is great, and breakfast was good. I expected a more grand entrance lobby, but the vibe was just average for the price. The designer could do a better job adjusting. Otherwise, all staff were nice and trying hard.

A new hotel with modern design near Hoan Kiem Lake and the French Quarter gives a luxurious feel. The bathhouse is a “peaceful oasis” that offers a holistic approach, though the spa treatment rooms are not open yet. The lounge offers a personalized service experience, very “attentive and thoughtful,” especially thanks to Mr. Vu Duy Tien, the Lounge Manager.
