“Excellent location downtown St. John's”

The spot was spot‑on. Getting in and out was a breeze with the code. When a minor door issue popped up, the staff were quick to fix it. The bed was comfy, the shower superb, and the parking garage behind us meant no car worries. We did wish the room had a comfy chair for relaxing after a long day and before dinner; otherwise we only had the bed to lie in. A bathroom fan would have been nice, and a magnifying mirror would have been a small but welcome addition.

Close to the city centre. The staff were unavailable, and the room that was confirmed and booked turned out to be unavailable, with no one reachable.

“Overall very happy with the Franklin.”

The location was perfect, and the late check‑out was very helpful. There was no elevator and no luggage storage to accommodate the late check‑out.
