We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the metro, planning many city trips, and we were right: a 10‑minute walk at a calm pace. We arrived early in the morning, the hotel was already open at 8:00, and we were immediately checked in (2 rooms). We paid by bank card, no deposit was taken. The rooms were small in area, but that was fine since we were only staying overnight. The beds were comfortable, the linen clean, towels were changed daily, and the bedding was replaced on the 4th day of our 7‑night stay. Every day the water, drinks, tea, and snacks were replenished. Hot water, tea, coffee, cream, sugar, and candies were available to guests 24/7. The rooms were clean, lighting comfortable, the bathroom spacious (though we struggled to find the flush button, which is at the base of the toilet). The shower modes varied, everything worked, and the toiletries were restocked and updated. The fridge worked well, which was especially relevant in August. There were plenty of hangers for clothes, and the poufs were comfortable for sitting. We turned on the TV once just out of curiosity and watched a familiar film in Chinese. The staff were friendly and answered all questions. We checked out in the morning, and our flight was that night. We left all our luggage in the free storage until the evening. Breakfasts were quite varied: hot dishes, sausages, side dishes, plenty of vegetables, salads, fruit, yogurt, desserts, milk, juices. Some dishes repeated, but 50% were updated daily. In the evenings we had tea at the same tables. A shop nearby sells almost everything—from fruits and vegetables to sunscreen cream—and we were frequent customers.

“Horrible.I did not stay there and I want a refund.”

I did not stay there. They said there was no hot water in the room I booked, so they moved me to another hotel that was not clean. So I did not stay there. I want a refund.

“Удобный отель для размещения рядом с парком Чаоян”

The hotel’s location is very convenient. I choose this hotel for my business trips to stay near Chaoyang Park. The rooms are small but functional and comfortable. I really liked that at reception you can always prepare grain coffee and have snacks in the room as a complimentary. The breakfasts were also good. Everything you need is there and it tastes great. I recommend it!
