The setting with the pool, the kitchen with a big fridge was handy on hot days, the little balcony had a view and the room equipment was good. No front desk, nobody was there at 18 h, but the entrance was open and the wifi info was clear, which let me contact the hotel manager who replied quickly—thanks for that.

The overall cleanliness was good and the room was comfortable, but there was no personal attention—everything was handled remotely, otherwise everything was fine.

The pool and common areas are fantastic, the room was spotless and cozy, hot water ran in the shower, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they offered free cold water; the only downside was that you have to walk to the beach, which I don’t mind but I’m being honest.

The property is gorgeous, the pool is amazing, and it’s a nice escape from the center of El Zonte; the staff were lovely and always just a quick message away, the bed was the best we’ve had in all of Central America, the rooms were immaculate, and the air‑con was perfect.
