The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and tidy, which was great. However, I was a bit let down by the breakfast - there wasn't any gluten-free option, and it was all a bit samey, to be honest. Some fruit or eggs would've been a nice touch. Also, the bed was really uncomfortable, the mattress was way too hard.
