The subway is just a stone's throw from the hotel, which is great, but the room was filthy and when I tried to reach out to the hosts they completely ignored my messages; the AC whines like a helicopter, and the check‑in and check‑out are handled only through a machine.

The train station is just across the road, which is convenient, but the toilet smells awful.

There was nothing positive to mention; the shower and sink were clogged, a lens was stuck in the shower, hair was scattered everywhere, the mirror was unclean, mold was present, the toilet flush didn't work at all, and the worst part was a cockroach—so we had to change hotels on the first day.

It’s right opposite Exit B of Tsim Sha Tsui, which is convenient, but there is no front desk, no early check‑in, and the same problem repeats; there are huge cockroaches—either living in the bed slats or flying in through the window, which is terrifying; the shower head leaks water; cleaning staff come in daily to throw out trash, but once I was showering at 12 am with a “do not disturb” sign and when I left at 1 am I put the sign back and it was ignored.
