The property was clean, but the doors were awful. We got no rest at all, had to drive the next day, and people were yelling in the hallway at 2 am. The doors kept banging, and the walls were thin enough that we could hear every conversation, keeping us up all night and leaving us exhausted.

The lodge was basic but had all the essentials; the bathroom was small, yet we had an extra sitting room with a futon that could double as a bed. It sat on a country road, not far off our travel route, and we knew there was no breakfast. A few miles away, the town had a charming spot called Toast and Eggs that served a great morning meal.

I never met anyone from the motel; all transactions were handled by text. The motel needs a total rebuild and a refund.
